1ST LINE IT HELPDESK AGENT - German speaker - Work From Home opportunities

Location: Gloucester or Croydon - working from home or office based

(you must be able and willing to attend our Croydon or Gloucester sites for full training).

As a Helpdesk Agent you will work as part of the multi-lingual, European Helpdesk team to provide first class customer service. You will work with customers to resolve technical issues and trouble-shoot internet based products.

We want to delight our customers with the service they receive each and every time, so accuracy, professionalism and positivity are all vital in seeing issues through to resolution within the dedicated SLAs!


  • GCSE or equivalent in maths

  • Technical qualification or equivalent work experience

  • IT Literate - competent MS Office user

  • Strong analytical skills - ability to define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions

  • Excellent customer service skills - Business to Business experience desirable

  • Clear communication skills (Verbal and written)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution

  • Verbal and written fluency in German
