1ST Line Helpdesk Support

Our client is seeking an experienced 1st line Helpdesk person within a temporary role to start asap.  Hourly pay rate between £9.00 -£10.00.  Mon - Fri.

You will provide 1st line (helpdesk) technical support to external customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or on site

To provide technical support; answering support queries either on-site or via phone or email

To log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation
- Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems
