1st Line Helpdesk Support

Are you an IT whiz and the 'go to’ IT person amongst your team or group of friends? If so, Future Personnel have an excellent opportunity for you to kickstart your career within IT.

The position will be predominantly responsible for solving IT issues over email and on the phone to internal employees of the organisation; this could be anything from a printing issue to forgotten password reset whilst providing excellent customer service. Our clients IT team are confident communicators, with a high energy environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls regarding IT issues which may be software, hardware or iPhone/iPads and resolving or escalating to a senior member
  • Logging calls on the IT system with accurate notes
  • Take ownership of IT issues with a proactive approach
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance of equipment as and when necessary
