1st Line/Helpdesk Support - Altrincham - £18-25k

My client based in Altrincham is currently recruiting for a 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their growing team. The role will involve telephone support of a bespoke software to a variety of clients.

As a result, the ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting software and strong customer service skills.

Job Purpose:

To provide professional, efficient and high quality technical support and customer service to my client's internal and external clients.

Personal Profile:

A determined problem solver; with strong customer focused abilities you are reliable, flexible and an empathic communicator. Professional and courteous; you are able to communicate effectively with all internal and external clients, be a team-player and manage your own time effectively to internal and external timescales. You will be committed to delivering consistently high and improving levels of customer support and service.

Skill Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience supporting remote users
Strong attention to detail and quality
Strong organisational and customer service skills

Demonstrate competent personal time management
