1st Line Helpdesk, IT Service Desk. My client based in Hemel Hempstead are looking for a 1st Line Helpdesk/IT Service Desk person for an 3 months plus contact. You must have a strong telephone manner, very customer focused, professional, polite with technical skills in password resets, log-on issues, Windows XP, MS Office. My client has an extremely busy desk so you must be able to work well under pressure. Role is to ensure that all calls resolve or pass onto 2nd line as quickly as possible, in a clear and concise manner. Any skills in Lotus Notes, Citrix, Anti-virus software, VPN’s, Dial-up connections would be a bonus.
