1st Line Helpdesk Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Analyst for one of preferred partners in Milton Keynes. The role will involve being a single point of contact for their clients and provided support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1st point of contact for customers via telephone, email and person.

Install, upgrade, Support and troubleshoot via Windows platform

Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk

Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned to the Helpdesk Analyst

Well-organised and able to plan and deliver to tight deadlines.

Basic IT knowledge
