1st Line Help Desk Support Specialist - Onsite - Peterborough - £30,000
Pearson Carter are currently working with an established Microsoft Partner based in the U.K. who are looking to recruit a 1st Line Help Desk Support Specialist.
My client is offering flexible working, career progression, and opportunities to work across the Microsoft Technology Stack.
- Provide friendly, quick telephone and email support to clients.
- Accurately log issues into the Ticketing System.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system faults.
- Recognising when a call is urgent and escalate accordingly.
- 1-2 years' experience in a support environment (1st line).
- Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange and Active Directory.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Desire to learn new technologies and systems.
They are offering a competitive salary of up to £30,00 plus benefits.
This role is fully on-site in Peterborough
