We're looking for technically minded 1st Line Engineers to service clients Infrastructure.
We're looking for people with experience in the following:
- Support experience with Networks - WAN/LAN/VPN
- Support experience with General infrastructure - Citrix, MS, SAN and DR
- Experience working in an ITIL Framework
- Experience working within a Service Provider preferred but not essential.
You will need to be comfortable with working in a 24/7 Service Desk environment with on call and over time. You will be fairly rewarded for your call outs.
