Duration: 6 weeks. (example rota for one week Monday 8-4, Tuesday 9-5, Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 11-7, Friday 10-6)

We are looking for knowledgeable 1st line technicians with experience of working in a challenging and fast moving environment.

Skills / Attributes Required

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows XP / Windows 7 and MS Server 2003 / 2008
  • Networking Experience (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD)
  • Ability to trouble shoot issues whilst using the application
  • Broad understanding of corporate applications
  • Experience in carrying our routine configuration/installation and reconfiguration of hardware and software
  • A strong eye for detail and quickly reacts to identify and resolve problems
  • Effective in identifying and resolving problems, seeks relevant data recognises important information and diagnoses of possible causes
  • Proven planning and organising skills being able to manage, prioritise and coordinate effectively
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
