A thriving business based on the outskirts of Chester are looking to appoint a 1st-2nd line service desk person to assist the business on a ticketing system basis.
Your new role
You will provide 1st-2nd line support across a number of technologies. They are a Microsoft powerhouse and are in the process of rolling out a new telephony system
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of operating an internal ticketing system, Windows 10, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure and familiar with functioning within a cloud infrastructure environment. You will are an excellent communicator that possess good organisational qualities This is an ideal role for someone is who seeking progression from 1st line level that has touched upon some areas of 2nd line support
