1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Andover - Permanent Role Paying upto £28,000

Your new role
As the EMEA Infrastructure Support team you will be responsible for providing effective day-to-day delivery of first and second line support services and functions both technical and non-technical.
Working in a team of 3 and reporting directly to the Head of IT you will be expected to resolve calls and requests in accordance with defined Service levels; liaise with staff and support teams to ensure the timely resolution of incidents and requests as well as getting hands on with the technologies in order to provide support on projects or on occasion when on site support is required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have excellent customer service skills as you will be supporting up to 350 internal users across their European operations. You will also have previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line Infrastructure support roles where you will have had exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Servers, Networking and VMWare or Hyper-V.
Due to the nature of the role occasional travel may be involved as well, this may on occasion be to one of their sites in Europe
