1st/2nd Line Support; 8 Weeks; £160 per day

Leading TV production company require a Service Desk Analyst to join the team on an initial 3 month contract. They produce some of Britain's most well-known reality TV shows so you will be on set supporting a lot of the time. The role will consist of providing first & second line support of technology services to internal customers within agreed service levels. Using approved methods, tools and procedures in accordance with internal SLA's, you will resolve reported incidents to the customer's satisfaction.

Technical Skills and Experience

·Good experience of remote desktop technology; Microsoft RDS/Citrix
·Client side group policy troubleshooting
·Familiar with DNS/DHCP
·Exchange
·Office 365
·Active Directory
·IP Telephones
·Windows 7/10
·Adobe creative cloud suite
·Mac OS (Advantageous)
·Lync/Skype (Advantageous)
