My client are looking to grow their IT Helpdesk function and are looking to recruit an experienced Support Analyst to provide 1st / 2nd line Support to their user base.
You will have at least 6 months experience working in a professional service environment providing support to all levels of staff.
You will have experience of Windows and Networking and be able to provide Desktop and PC Support as well as excellent communication skills.
