Technical Support Engineer - 1st/2nd Line
Windows, VMware, Hyper-V, O365, Active Directory, Exchange, ITIL, Networking
Salary: £18,000 - £25,000
I'm currently seeking a technically literate, highly motivated support engineer. You will act as a point of contact for support enquiries using an ITIL based framework, delivering excellent customer service and meeting/exceeding service level targets detailed in the SLA.
This role will be a great opportunity progress in your IT career as you'll be coached/mentored by senior engineers who will teach you how to deal with issues that you don't have experience with. You'll also be funded to gain Microsoft certifications.
I am interested in candidates that have all levels of working experience within the IT sector
Advantageous/Desirable Skills: (Not Essential)
- Windows server 2012
- Office 365
- Active directory
- Hyper V/VMWare
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving license & Vehicle
