Most of our products are directly marked to medical professionals, hospitals and healthcare facilities. With our products being sold in over 100 countries, we are a rapidly growing corporation with continuous plans for expansion. Right now, we are recruiting for a 1st and 2nd line support engineer to join our newly formed Infrastructure team in our Newbury office.
Your new role
You will work with a skilled team of technical professionals and work on challenging issues allowing you to grow your technical skill set. You will support and a diverse and fast-growing user base by providing administration services and technical support. You will be a main point of call for any issues raised by the users of our systems.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have clear and successful previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line support ideally for a minimum of 2 years. You will have strong technical expertise and knowledge in Microsoft Windows. Good communication and customer service skills will lead to your success in this role.
