4 x 1st / 2nd Line Technical Support Engineers are needed by one of the UK's leading ISP's based in Manchester City Centre where they will benefit from a truly technical environment and would also receive training from some of the best technical specialists in the industry. As 1st Line Support Engineer you will be working as part of the support team providing excellent service to my client's external customers.

You will be providing 1st-2nd line support to customers and clients, such as troubleshooting, fault fixing and problem solving in areas such as:
- Windows XP/10
- Active Directory (Admin, Group Policy)
- Citrix
- Cisco Routing / Switching
- Remote working (VPN, Remote Desktop)
- Networks (IPv4, ITv6)
- LAN (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls)

As 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer you will already hold some experience within IT Support or have a strong degree / training.
