Bournemouth, £170-200 per day, 2 months rolling

Bench IT require a 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer to work on the service desk for our customer based in Bournemouth. The successful candidate should have experience working on the helpdesk/service desk to provide an excellent level of IT support.

*This role requires active SC Clearance - this is a mandatory requirement for this position*

The successful candidate will have the skills and experience included below;

  • Dynamic individual with excellent client facing skills
  • Windows 10 OS support and troubleshooting
  • Active Directory
  • Providing support for 1st & 2nd line fixes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude
