1st/2nd Line Support Engineer; Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire up to £25k

A 1st/2nd line engineer, paying up to £25k is required for an immediate start to be the first point of contact for clients. The company are a well-established IT outsourcing company with an SME client base. The company is looking for an ambitious team player to start in the engine room of their small but growing firm. The role will predominantly based in the picturesque Henley on Thames but occasional travel to London may be required.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive nature, excellent communication skills and general technical skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Experience in supporting Windows and Mac in a business environment,,Knowledge of ITIL Business Process (advantageous) experience in networks, firewalls, routers and IP Telephony.
