Technical Support Engineer - 1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst - Technical Customer Support - 1st & 2nd line Network Support Analyst - IP Video & networking is required by award-winning global company based in West London. Competitive salary package of up to £30K.

The Technical Support Analyst will be joining an in-house team who provide 1st and 2nd line support via telephone and email

  • Provide technical support for all customers by phone and email
  • Log, manage and resolve customer cases
  • Diagnose and resolve customer hardware/software faults
  • Proving and escalating issues as required
  • Install and configure computer hardware and operating systems
  • Provide support for all products and core IT systems for the internal teams

I am looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst - 1st & 2nd Line Support who has the following experience:

  • Strong customer support background - 1st & 2nd Line Support
  • Call logging software - Ideally Salesforce
  • IP Video and networking knowledge
  • Strong fault finding and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with security technologies

This role is based in West London and my client can offer an attractive package of up to £30,000 + Bens - great career potential
