1st/2nd line Support Analyst

Our client based in the Ascot area have an exciting opportunity for a 1st/2nd line support analyst to join an organisation with a global reputation. Helping support over 200 users, you will be an important part of the team over a particularly busy start to 2020.

Skills required:

  • Microsoft/Windows background - supporting approx 200 users
  • Active Directory
  • O365
  • Supporting mobile devices - iPhones
  • Experience of HTML - desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be reliable and have a good attendance record
