1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer
I am looking an 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join my leading client in Chorley. Working for an leading client you will be joining their IT support team dealing with 1st/2nd line escalations in a timely manner.
Looking for a candidate with a passion for IT and around 1/2 years IT experience. You will be the dealing with the day to day escalations on the helpdesk form password resets to connection issues working with a range of technologies form Office 365, Active Directory, Windows, Microsoft and Exchange to name a few.
As a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer you will get a salary up to £23,000 depending on experience. As well as lots of great company benefits such as Fantastic holidays, Pension + many more.
Skills and Experience for 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer
- At least 1/2 years working experience in a similar role
- Technical experience working with Windows, Microsoft, Office/Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix and Servers to name a few.
- Analytical Problem solving skills
- Ability to work Autonomously
- An ability to translate complexity into simplicity
