My client, based in Basildon, Essex seek an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line help desk technical support to their client base, which are SMEs throughout the South East.

You will be office based and will need to have experience of providing telephone, remote, online and email support to business customers and have worked for an IT Managed Services provider previously.

This role is a great opportunity to join an established and highly successful IT Support and Service Provider who provide fully tailored IT Support Services to a growing number of clients.

This role offers the opportunity to progress on to 3rd Line and Project Management issues as well as ongoing technical training as required.
