My client is a established yet growing provider of IT Managed Services. They have a urgent requirement for a 1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer. As 1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer you will have a proven IT support background and be able to demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills and technical ability in technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Networking, SonicWall.

The role of 1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer will involve regular contact with external clients over the phone and via email so you will have outstanding communication skills and be a big believer in outstanding levels of customer service.
