- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to Microsoft ( Windows 10 and 7) and printers, print servers, video conference systems, along with all other office technologies and Unified communication tools ( yammer, Webex etc) . The support will also include root cause analysis on repetitive issues.
- A Microsoft Office 365 background with an ITIL qualification would be ideal.
- Exposure to / basic understanding of a Help desk application, Service Now /i Service ideally together with exposure to Intranets and collaborative systems would be advantegous.
