As a Call Handler you will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives and other health care professionals. You will be trained to use the NHS Pathways system to enable you to carry out an assessment of the caller’s needs You as well as provide basic advice and health information ensuring they are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service.. Successful applicants will be paid to complete a Pathways training course

There are opportunities to pick up additional shifts should you wish to do so

  • Can demonstrate empathy, patience and compassion
  • Able to listen carefully and record details accurately
  • Strong IT and keyboard skills
