111 Call Handler

REED Ipswich are currently recruiting for 12 new 111 Health Advisors/ Call Agents to join a client on the outskirts of Ipswich 

The role will involve answering the phones and speaking to the general public. The role would be suited to someone with a clear professional and courteous telephone manner. You will be dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and every shift will be different.

You must have previous customer service experience and be a confident IT user. 

Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work evenings, night shifts and weekends (EASTER BANK HOLIDAYS WILL BE INCLUDED)

Flexible rotas are available offering full time and part time hours. There are fantastic career progression opportunities available and you will complete a recognised training programme.
The hourly rate of pay will vary depending on the days and times worked but this will be between £8.00- £11.00 per hour.

Please get in touch immediately if you have completed or part completed any NHS 111 Pathways telephone systems. 

Interviews will take place 16th & 17th January with a view to start training on Monday 22nd January

Training hours will be for 3 weeks and hours will be Monday- Fridays 9am- 5pm ([please note training is paid for) 

Due to the nature of the client we will be required to carry out a DBS check.
