Prospero Teaching are looking for resilient and experienced Teaching Assistants to work in one of our excellent Primary schools in Durham to start ASAP on a full or part-time basis . The role will involve working across KS1 and KS2.

This role will involve:
· Supporting young people with challenging behaviour and SEND on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
· Managing challenging behaviour in a positive and consistent manner.
· Building positive relationships with students and staff

· An ability to build positive relationships and a rapport with pupils and staff.
· A resilient, proactive, and positive nature
· Experience in classrooms supporting students.
· High levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with pupils.
· A genuine passion for helping young people to fulfil their potential and flourish in education.
