Your new school
You will be working at a lovely Primary School based in Hinckley that is rated Ofsted 'GOOD'. This Primary School is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a student in KS2 who has been diagnosed with Autism. Due to the nature of the role, experience working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis is advantageous, as well as experience of working with children with ASD.

Your new role
You will be working as a Teaching Assistant on a one to one basis with a child in Year 5 with autism. The student needs someone very calm, who can help to regulate them and keep them on task with their school work.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have recent class based experience as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Experience working with children with ASD.
  • You will be available on a full-time basis.
