IDDP are seeking a 1/ 2 Line IT Support Engineer on behalf of our client; a global financial services company specialising in settlement to work at their Central London site.

This is a 6 month Contract position starting ASAP

Role Responsibilities:

  • 1st & 2nd line Hands on IT Support and problem management
  • Resolve complex hardware/software issues
  • Support Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint
  • Windows server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy
  • On site pre- configuration
  • Installation of Mobile devices
  • Installation of fat client (Laptops- Desktop)
  • Installation of thin client
  • Installation of Software
  • Computer room and network support services such as Patching of networking equipment

Role requirements:

  • Previous 1st & 2nd Line IT Support (3 years+)
  • Window Server, Exchange Management Console and Active Directory.
  • Previous experience of Installation of Mobile devices
  • Previous experience of Installation of Laptops & Desktops
  • Previous installation of thin client
  • Previous experience of patching of networking equipment
  • Customer focused
