IDDP are seeking a 1/ 2 Line IT Support Engineer on behalf of our client; a global financial services company specialising in settlement to work at their Central London site.
This is a 6 month Contract position starting ASAP
- 1st & 2nd line Hands on IT Support and problem management
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues
- Support Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint
- Windows server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy
- On site pre- configuration
- Installation of Mobile devices
- Installation of fat client (Laptops- Desktop)
- Installation of thin client
- Installation of Software
- Computer room and network support services such as Patching of networking equipment
- Previous 1st & 2nd Line IT Support (3 years+)
- Window Server, Exchange Management Console and Active Directory.
- Previous experience of Installation of Mobile devices
- Previous experience of Installation of Laptops & Desktops
- Previous installation of thin client
- Previous experience of patching of networking equipment
- Customer focused
