1:1 Support Worker wanted

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are currently recruiting a team of support workers to work in a 1:1 package for our female client with severe challenging behaviours and autism in Pitsea, Basildon.

Our client uses a wheelchair due to her health and therefore requires support 24 hours a day. Hours work on a flexible rota and there is a separate room for carers supporting on a night shift.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident team of support workers as our client displays forms of challenging behaviours. The right candidate will preferably have previous experience with challenging behaviours and autism and will also be required to be a driver.

Duties will include...

-Taking part in various activities such as arts and crafts

-Supporting out in the community

-Assisting with domestic duties

-Some aspects of personal care

-Providing companionship.
