The Education Network are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child who is visually impaired on a 1-2-1 basis within one of our partnership Primary Schools in Hull. The schools are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is able to build rapport and support the child effectively. The schools are looking for someone that can remain calm under pressure, demonstrate resilience, and communicate effectively.

Job Role:
  • Working 1-1 with a child who is visually impaired
  • Leading fun and educational activities for the child
  • Providing academic and behavioural support
  • Strong emphasis on developing the students confidence
  • Promoting independent learning
