1:1 Special Educational Needs teaching assistant Required in Torbay Summer Term 2018

Your new company

Your new role
You will be placed at a local Pupil Referral Unit supporting students who display challenging and sometimes volatile behaviour. You will use the teachers guidance, as well as your own knowledge to enable pupils to develop and progress with their education.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a sound knowledge of the SEN Code of Conduct, enabling you to show best practice when fulfilling your role. You will need referable experience working with children in a professional capacity within recent years. You must be passionate about making a genuine difference to students who have been through some tough experiences.
