This 1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant role involves you working on an individual basis with a pupil who has a statement of ASD and has a EHCP in place. You will have to keep a record of the pupil’s progression and give feedback for the teacher. The Department is coordinated by an enthusiastic SENCo, ensuring staff and pupils alike enjoy a happy, productive environment. The ideal ASD Teaching Assistant candidate will be a graduate with a 2:1 or above, and has previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role.
