In short, time management is planning how to efficiently use and deliberately control the time you spend to maximise productivity. In short, get more done in less time. Other upsides include, improved work quality and better job satisfaction.
Effective time management involves actively prioritising tasks and responsibilities, then scheduling the week to ensure time is spent on the most critical tasks. By effectively planning how to spend each day, one can better manage distractions that occur.
