What’s covered in this workshop?
This workshop is designed to meet the needs of individuals who are dealing with change. During this workshop, We will share change management experiences, consider the impact of your own preferences and behaviours during change, gain an understanding of the different ways people respond to change and discuss personal change as well as organisational change. The Change Style Indicator (CSI) is a leadership assessment designed to measure an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change. It provides leaders of all levels with insights on personal preferences for managing through change and provides context for how those around them might perceive and respond to their preferred style. Each person will receive a unique CSI assessment profile.
This workshop illuminates different change styles, such as:
- Conserver: prefers the known to the unknown
- Pragmatist: prefers to explore the current situation in an objective manner
- Originator: prefers a faster and more radical approach to change

What is the change style indicator?
The Change Style Indicator (CSI) is a leadership assessment designed to measure an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change. It provides respondents of all levels with insights on personal preferences for managing through change. It also provides context for how those around them might perceive and respond to their preferred style.
