What’s covered in this class?
This course addresses the multitude of possibilities that can go wrong in the communication process and helps create understanding between supervisors, co-workers and other employees. This course will help you understand how to improve communication effectiveness, discover the power of non-verbal communication, determine the best questions to ask and participate in activities that involve listening, feedback, difficult conversations and written communication.
What is diplomatic communication?
Diplomatic communication refers to the use of tactful and strategic language and behaviour in order to effectively convey messages, build business relationships, and resolve conflicts between individuals or groups, often in a political or business context, such as in international or multinational companies.
How can communicating with diplomacy help your organisation?
Using tact and diplomacy appropriately can lead to improved relationships with other people and are a way to build and develop mutual respect, which in turn can lead to more successful outcomes and less difficult or stressful communications.
Requirements
