This Advanced Diploma in Professional Development in Voluntary sector and NGO operations is an executive-level course that provides a University Diploma, delivered in London via block release and supported by distance learning. It is specifically designed for those at middle management in the voluntary and NGO sector who involved in working for organisations in the UK and/or international markets who wish to develop their understanding of voluntary and NGO sector operations as they engage with not-for-profit projects.

You will be required to have a good bachelor’s degree (2:2) in any subject, or a three-year diploma in business or creative industries. You will also need to have work experience in the voluntary sector and NGO sector or a related field equivalent to experienced middle management. All applicants must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the English language. Applicants who require a Tier 4 student visa may need to provide a Secure English Language Test (SELT) such as Academic IELTS.
You will be assessed through coursework.
The course comprises two 20 credit modules set at level 7. Modules include: Voluntary sector and NGO Operations: Theory and Practice, and Developing a Project Proposal for the Voluntary Sector and NGO Sector.
