Overview

The Aspire Europe Vision and Blueprint Principles is an introduction to the theory and practice of these key change planning activities. The course provides an overview of the responsibilities, tools and skills required to kick off the design of an effective change programme. The course can lead to a nationally recognised award accredited by EDI following an assessment exercise. It is also part of the Business Change Diploma.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
