The learner needs to score at least 60% in the final exam to pass, if anyone fails, he/she can retake the final exam by paying an additional fee. After completing the course you will be able to order the CPD accredited or the QLS Endorsed Certificate at Level 7 or bot. None of the certificates is free as it is also mentioned in the course description that you will need to pay additionally for the certificate.
