Questions and answers
Darren Davis asked:
Hi, I'm looking to train out an introduction to lean into our business, would this course be suitable? I have a LSS green belt qualification
Answer:
Hi Darren This course will teach you how to be a trainer, but will not cover the actual content of lean operations.

Hi. I've been recommended this course to help develop my confidence speaking to groups. It's definitely a weak area for me, is this course suitable ?
Answer:
Hi Rich. This course will certainly help develop your confidence in speaking to groups, but it is specifically aimed at training in front of people. Perhaps a general presentations course is more suitable? That will definitely help you speak in groups, and is not aimed purely at delivering training, but at any kind of public speaking or presentation. If you click on the link for Activia as a supplier, you can see all of our courses, and perhaps our Presentation Skills Fast Track will be better.

Hi, I am a doctor with the NHS. IS this course suitable for me?
Answer:
Good morning. Many people from within the NHS have done this course, and found it suitable, yes. That includes both doctors and other staff. On many occasions, different PCTs have brought us in to train groups at a time, finding that all their doctors would benefit from it. I am not sure of your exact role, and where training others would play a part, but it has shown to help with doctors actually giving formal lectures/training, but also when giving training by leading students on ward rounds.
