Day 1: Basic First Aid Skills and Cardiovascular Emergencies
Introduction to First Aid:

- Understanding the signs and symptoms of illnesses.
Day 3: Environmental Emergencies and Scenario-Based Training
Environmental Emergencies:
- Recognizing and responding to heat-related illnesses.
- First aid for hypothermia and frostbite.
- Dealing with insect bites, stings, and allergic reactions.
Scenario-Based Training:
- Practical application of first aid skills in simulated emergency scenarios.
- Team-based response to complex situations.
- Integration of CPR, trauma care, and medical emergency response.
Certification and Recap:
- Final assessment to demonstrate acquired skills.
- Review of key concepts and techniques.
- Awarding of the three-day first aid qualification.
