Description
While the BRCGS Vulnerability for Food Fraud specifically covers fraud, TACCP is not included and so this course is complimentary and gives attendees of both courses a comprehensive qualification. Attendees will receive an STC certificate of achievement for TACCP on successful completion of the course assignment (which is typically combined with the BRCGS Vulnerability assignment if attended as a bolt on course, but can also be completed alone).
By the end of this course you will:
- Understand TACCP – threat assessment and threat management
- Know and be able to apply the risk assessment methodologies
Duration: 2 to 3 hours. This can be attended alone or as a bolt on to the BRCGS Vulnerability for Food Fraud course.
Start time: Start time is 2pm, whether you’re also attending the Vulnerability course earlier in the day, or whether you’re completing the TACCP course alone.
