  • Lesson 02 will teach you to take control of your life and stop playing the victim.
  • Lesson 03 will help you to understand that you have the power to choose your attitude, and you can change it at any time.
  • In Lesson 04, you will learn the seven signs of a bad attitude, such as being negative, blaming others, and being resistant to change.
  • Finally, in Lesson 05, you will learn how your attitude can impact others, and how to be mindful of your actions and how they affect those around you.

How is the course assessed?

Upon completing an online module, you will immediately be given access to a specifically crafted MCQ test. For each test, the pass mark will be set to 60%.

It is to inform our learners that the initial exam for this online course is provided at no additional cost. In the event of needing a retake, a nominal fee of £9.99 will be applicable.
