Overview

Free 8-week training course providing an opportunity to gain a skilled trade in the telecoms industry, even with no prior experience. Gain essential technical skills, Installing BT telephone lines, residential and commercial internet, and fibre optics. Installing and maintaining IT hardware and equipment, software upgrades, fault diagnosis, and testing ICT systems. Health and safety in ICT, customer care. Once complete they achieve a valuable BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Professional Competence to Telecoms, opening doors to exciting career prospects.
