Change management, time management, and conflict management explore organisational and behavioural factors that influence supply chain performance and operational resilience.
Warehouse-focused modules introduce learners to warehouse management, warehouse operations and systems, inventory management, inventory cycles, tracking methods, and material handling processes. These modules highlight how warehouse operations support supply chain efficiency and accuracy.
