Description
This programme is primarily aimed at senior health and social care professionals, educationalists and human resource personnel who are required to consult, supervise and train others. It aims to provide theory and practice approaches that support and guide them to better respond to the learning and personal development needs of staff.

Requirements:
A relevant professional qualification including: family therapy, nursing, psychotherapy, psychology, social work, human resources, or counselling. Applicants will also be required to participate in an interview as part of the selection process. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 or above with a minimum of 6.0 in each component.
Assessment Methods:
Assessment methods include a dissertation.
