Our Mental Health First Aid Courses are training programs that trains people how to help someone developing or experiencing a mental health problem. It trains a person how to have a supportive conversation and how to signpost to professional help.

It also trains people how to look after their own mental health and wellbeing.

We deliver fully accredited and licensed online and classroom based Mental Health First Aid and First Aid At Work courses to individuals, organisations and businesses UK wide

Costs may vary depending on location and instructor.

Special offers for group booking are available for both in-house and open course dates

  • This is a 2 day classroom based face to face course divided into 4 sections. This course can also be delivered 100% online.
  • Learning will take place via a mix of presentations combined with group discussions and workshop activities
  • Sessions build around a Mental Health First Aid Action Plan
  • Numbers limited to 6-12 people per course ensuring people are getting the correct level of support during their learning

What does study method mean?

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body’s logo if they wish.
