By the end of this course, participants will obtain a greater understanding of:
- the methods of structuring a Joint Venture;
- the content of the Shareholders Agreement and Articles of Association (and when each document should be used);
- how to protect minority shareholders; and
- the options for termination (including the operation of deadlock and default).
