Overview

This course gives you access to our platform Stockbroker module, you can listen to 2 calls a stockbroker makes to a client on a pre-recorded basis. You will receive heavily annotated scripts that run concurrently as you listen to the calls and you will also receive workbooks explain the products which are being pitched. Upon completion of knowledge being consumed you will be then sent an exam which you have 24 hours to complete.

Description

First Call Module

Pre-recorded call playback of 1st call within a Stockbrokerage of broker qualify calling prospect and pitching a stock CFD style as a product. Here you will hear more about the opening, pitching and pre-qualifying style of what brokers say on the phone in a regulated environment.

Second Call Module

Pre-recorded playback of 2nd call within a stockbrokerage of broker following up with prospect of first call and re-pitching and re-educating on leverage and regulation of FCA brokerage style as well as fully qualifying prospect before passing over to senior.

Script 1

Heavily annotated manuscript of the 1st call of what the broker says to the prospect, here you will have purple and green annotated pages giving you more knowledge on a technical and business development scale. As you are listening to the call, we heavily recommend following the manuscript.

Heavily annotated manuscript of the 2nd call of what the broker says to the prospect, here you will have purple and green annotated pages giving you more knowledge on a technical and business development scale. As you are listening to the call, we heavily recommend following the manuscript.

Prospecting Cheat Sheet book

Prospecting Cheat Sheet book goes into detail of what you have to do when prospecting your client, this will go into detail of the types of questions to ask and what desired effects it can bring from your qualifying process.

2nd Call Pre-Passover book

2nd Call Pre-Passover book goes into detail of what you have to do when you are dealing with a regulated product and the tips for passing over a prospect to a senior broker. Here you will see the difference of an unregulated product and the different style of a CFD Passover.
