Learning outcomes

Delegates will walk away from this training with a list of actions to implement that willimprove the liklihood of them succeeding as a small business.

Each section of the training will include a 'action summary' where I summarise theactions that business owners can take to improve performance and minimise mistakes in that particular area. Delegates will be asked at the end of each training section to express what they will implement.

About the course tutor

I am currently the Director of Webmedia Chester Ltd, a web design and digital marketing company trading in Chester for 11 years. I regularly deliver workshops and training courses for business owners to empower them to be more successful online.

I am a Visiting Lecturer in digital marketing at the University of Chester.

I am also a Delivery Partner for Cheshire & Warrington Business Growth Programme, an ERDF funded training programme for SMEs.
